The management of La Bodega Del Vino are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our visitors to our website and customer that we serve. We are simply not going to pass on any of your details to any other business, or person especially for the purpose of marketing. Quite honestly there would be absolutely no benefit for us to break that trust.

When someone visits www.labodegadelvino.co.uk we use a third party service called Google Analytics, to collect standard internet data and details of visitor behaviour patterns to the website. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Apart from Google Analytics (see above) we do not share your data with any other third party.

When you use the in restaurant Wi-Fi we may collect data about:
a) your device;
b) the volume of data which you use;
c) the websites and applications which you access; and
d) your usage by access time, frequency and location.

When we receive an email regarding a reservation or enquiry through our online contact form we will only retain your information to keep a contact until the date of the reservation has passed. We will be actively deleting emails from our system on a monthly basis.
Any information received via our management@ladodegadelvino.co.uk email will be kept for an indefinite time if it is commercially related. Complaints or any other emails from customers will be deleted after the subject matter has been actioned and a 3-month period has passed.

You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. Email your request to management@labodegadelvino.co.uk
